(Reuters) - In April, Bank of America agreed to buy ABN's U.S. unit,
LaSalle Bank, but a Dutch commercial court froze the sale in
May in order to allow a shareholder vote.
Bank of America appealed the ruling and also sued ABN in
U.S. court.
