(Reuters) - The fund's manager, Pirelli & C Real Estate ,
recommended on Tuesday that Berenice unit holders accept
Goldman's offer.
It said the offer was 19.8 percent higher than the fund's
net asset value on June 30. It was also 40 percent higher than
Goldman's initial offer of 650 euros, it said.
