(Reuters) - "Gazprom decided to wait to issue its new bond. It is
monitoring the market this week ... and decided not to price
today as emerging markets sold off," a market source said in
London.
Volatile market conditions had already led the Russian gas
export monopoly to decide against issuing a 10-year Eurobond
along with the 30-year bond.
