(Reuters) - The jury in the Circuit Court of Brooke County, on Monday
ordered the Massey unit to pay $120 million in compensatory and
$100 million in punitive damages to Wheeling-Pittsburgh, Massey
said in a statement.
Massey would appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West
Virginia seeking a "significant reduction" in damages.
