U.K. Natural Gas Day Ahead Declines on Forecast for Fuel Supply Increase

(Bloomberg) -- U.K. natural gas for same-day
delivery fell after forecasts showed a rise in expected supplies
of the fuel and shipments through Total SA's St. Fergus terminal
in Scotland increased.

Gas for next day delivery fell 2.5 percent to trade at 23.9
pence a therm at 8:27 a.m. in London, according to prices on
Bloomberg from the broker ICAP Plc. That's equivalent to $4.82 a
million British thermal units. A therm is 100,000 Btus. Gas for
intraday delivery fell 3.8 percent to 23.8 pence a therm.
