Quicksilver Gas sets IPO at $19-$21 per common unit

(Reuters) - UBS Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs & Co., A.G. Edwards,
JPMorgan, and Fortis Securities LLC are underwriting the IPO.




Quicksilver intends to list its stock on the New York Stock
Exchange Arca under the symbol "KGS" .
