(Reuters) - The combination of Abitibi and Greenville, S.C.-based
Bowater will create North America's largest newsprint maker.
Under the terms of the deal, the combined company has
agreed to keep its headquarters in Montreal for three years,
have at least five Canadians on its board and apply to list its
shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
