(Bloomberg) -- Crude oil was little changed at a
nine-month high in New York on concern U.S. refiners are not

A government report this week will probably show that U.S.
refineries operated at 88.2 percent of capacity, up 0.6
percentage point from the week before, according to a Bloomberg
News survey of analysts. Refineries operated at their lowest rate
for the period in more than 17 years in the week ended June 15.
