South Korean stocks: North Korea said it will begin
implementing an agreement to scrap its nuclear program, stalled
for more than two months, after receiving bank funds previously
frozen because of U.S. concern about money laundering. The
government will discuss closing its Yongbyon reactor with United
Nations inspectors when they visit, the official Korea Central
News Agency said.
